2. Water — Flow + Emotions
Water helps you move with what you’re feeling — not against it.
- Practice breathwork, emotional journaling, or fluid movement.
- Ask: Where can I let go or soften today?
3. Fire — Energy + Action
Fire brings warmth, clarity, and the spark to move forward.
- Honor this element with sunshine, spicy food, or bold boundaries.
- Ask: What is ready to be activated in me?
4. Air — Clarity + Thought
Air clears mental fog and brings fresh ideas.
- Lean into silence, light movement, deep breathing, or wide-open space.
- Ask: What thoughts need to move through me instead of staying stuck?
5. Ether — Spirit + Space
Ether is the unseen — your intuition, your knowing, your breath between the noise.
- Practice meditation, creativity, prayer, or simply being still.
- Ask: What does my spirit need more of today?
